Infrastucture Engineer

We are seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, confident, has strong technical skills, is self-motivated and can work independently, reporting to Director IT Operations.

This role requires deep expertise in DELL server platforms, NetApp and Pure storage systems, and VMware virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a proactive approach to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Our Clients global infrastructure. Individual to work within the Operations team and its SMEs and senior engineers provide key input to technical support, implementation support and technical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

> Implement, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions utilizing Dell servers, NetApp and Pure storage, and VMware virtualization.

>Implement, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions utilizing cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, services and tools.

>Contribute complex infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.

>Manage and optimize NetApp and Pure storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity.

>Administer and enhance VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual networking, and lifecycle management.

>Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless

>integration and optimal performance of all infrastructure components.

>Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, Bash and other scripting/automation tools.

>Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security across all infrastructure components, on-prem and cloud infrastructure.

>Provide expert Tier 2 support and technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians within the global team.

>Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

>Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuity.

This is Job is Perfect Fit for you if you have the following Skilset:

1. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and systems administration.

2. Expert-level knowledge of Dell server hardware and management tools (e.g., iDRAC, OpenManage).

3.Extensive experience with NetApp storage systems, including administration, configuration, and protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI).

4. Advanced proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related virtualization technologies.

5. Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure cloud infrastructure and services related to delivering cloud data center services.

6. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for infrastructure automation and monitoring.

7.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, SAN environments, and Windows/Linux server administration.

8.Solid understanding of cloud - networking fundamentals, compute, storage, administration.

9.Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and provide mentorship to junior staff.

10.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

11.Strong communication and documentation skills.

12. Expert Knowledge of hardware remote administration on blade chassis, stand- alone servers.

13. Experience in DNS, DHCP, AD services, SCCM and other window Troubleshooting. Experience in troubleshooting 3rd party and custom applications.

14. Proficiency with network, windows and storage protocols but not limited to TCPIP, SMB, NFS and CIFS Shares.

15. Expert level Linux administration skills related to file systems, file mount volumes, advance file system and OS troubleshooting.

16. Advanced Vmware proficiency on vCenter hypervisior all related components.

17. Proficiency in Vmware, datastore, VCF Cloud, SDDC Manager, PortGroups, CPU and Memory.

18.Proficiency in Storage SVM’s, Cluster configuration, storage grid etc.

19. Experience in Azure and AWS cloud tenant administration.

20. Expert level administration and troubleshooting of cloud storage, compute and networking. Service now ticketing, problem and incident management is required.

21. Flexibility to work shift schedules and on-call duties as required

1. VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

2. NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)

3. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent) Dell Technologies Professional (DCE or equivalent
