Job title: IT Admin Executive (Japanese speaking) (Job ID: 20251) - CK

Location : Central

Basic up to $4000 basic + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

Under the corporate IT team to support ASEAN Office, co located associates and regional entities across Asia & Oceania. Provide user support, assist in regional IT projects led by HQ, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Support end users and regional entities in IT operations, deployments and replacements (security, infrastructure, efficiency).
• Assist HQ with regular security assessments and alignment to Group IT Governance Policy.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide IT consulting for local offices (system rollouts, relocations, troubleshooting).

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or its equivalent
• Years in corporate IT or strong interest in IT.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and security
• Familiarity with Microsoft (Windows 11, M365/O365, TeamsPhone, Intune, Azure AD, Defender, Copilot), Box, AWS, SAP, DocuSign, RPA, FortiGate/FortiAnalyzer, SentinelOne, VPN tools.
• Basic/Business Japanese proficiency is required for communication and reporting to Japan HQ and Japanese speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication, project management, user centric mindset and ability to work independently.
