IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
• Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
• Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing, scanner, biometric system, CCTV etc.
• Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot user workstation and computer equipment
• Monitor anti-virus activity, reporting and update
• Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation
• Perform inventory management of hardware and software

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
• Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
• Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
