IT Analyst (GMP Systems & Technology Support)

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in GMP-regulated environments? Join a dynamic technology team where you'll play a key role in supporting and implementing critical IT systems that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform change control impact assessments for IT systems.
• Support Operational Technology (OT) network implementation.
• Coordinate server implementation where required.
• Configure and deploy validated workstation images in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Perform system cloning, restoration, and backup implementation.
• Configure user accounts, local administrator access, and system permissions.
• Set up network connectivity, cloud storage, and OneDrive mapping.
• Implement Acronis backup solutions.
• Support IT systems while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GMP-related systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant IT systems and validation practices.
• Experience with system configuration, deployment, and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with OT environments and regulated IT operations is advantageous.
• Experience supporting QC or analytical laboratory systems (e.g. TOC Analyzer or MALDI systems) will be an added advantage.
