IT & Digitalization Specialist / Executive (ASEAN Region)

Job Summary

We are looking for a capable IT & Digitalization Specialist to join our Network & Digitalization Department. You will be responsible for overseeing information security across the ASEAN region, providing technical support for digital operations, and leading digital transformation initiatives initiated by our International Headquarters. This role requires a blend of operational IT maintenance, security management, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Information Security Management (ASEAN Region)

• Manage the daily information security framework for the ASEAN region.

• Implement security protection measures to prevent information risks and ensure the safety of regional information systems and data.

• Oversee information and network security management protocols.

2. Digital Technical Support & Operations

• Provide technical support and services related to digitalization across the region.

• Respond to business digitalization needs and enhance regional digital operational efficiency.

• Support the construction of digital systems and maintain existing IT infrastructure.

• Ensure accurate and timely management of supplier costs, including quarterly and annual accruals and write-offs.

3. Digital Transformation Projects

• Lead the localization and execution of the International Company’s digital science and technology transformation strategy within the ASEAN region.

• Formulate regional implementation plans and coordinate resources to ensure transformation tasks are effectively advanced.

• Organize the team to complete and implement the annual digital transformation action plan.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of basic IT infrastructure, including servers and office networks.

• Familiarity with IT products or security products; possession of relevant professional certifications is highly advantageous.

• Awareness of frontier technology hotspots and industry trends.

• Bilingual Proficiency (English & Chinese): Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts at the global headquarters and to review technical documentation from the parent company

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate resources effectively.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate problem resolution across different stakeholders.

• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of cost management and operational efficiency (to support cost center targets).

• Regional Support: Effectiveness in supporting the region's revenue goals and business development.

• Cost Management: Meeting annual cost assessment targets and driving cost efficiency (Cloud & Network Operations Center profitability/savings).

• System Stability: Effectiveness of digital system support and IT maintenance.

• Transformation Success: Successful completion and implementation of the annual digital transformation plan.

• Security & Compliance: Efficacy of information and network security management.
