IT & Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Network Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our organization’s IT infrastructure and network systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across all IT environments, while providing technical support to end users and participating in infrastructure projects.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Networking skills (basic understanding, configuration, and settings of routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, VLANs, routing, and troubleshooting)
• L2/L3 Windows administration (basic understanding, configuration, and settings of the full Wintel stack: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and basic scripting)
• Linux (comfortable with CLI administration, LVM, Apache, and Tomcat)
• Solaris (comfortable with CLI administration, SVM, and Tomcat)
• Firewall appliance experience (basic understanding, configuration, and settings)
• Vendor management and case reporting
• Front-end user support
• Customer office site support (network infrastructure, Windows administration, and end-user support)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum ITE Diploma
• 2-4 years experience in IT infrastructure and network management
