IT Application Executive

Job Description

• Process good attitude and pleasant personality.
• Providing L1 and L2 support to user by performing incident management.Provide technical support & troubleshooting for applications and hardware.
• Collaborate and support the internal development teams for release preparation, test and development machine allocation and maintenance.
• Provide user application systems product knowledge of functions, features from time to time including training and assistance.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Create & update customer's information.
• Innovation and analytical skills to generate viable option and develop solutions to diverse workplace issues and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Work closely and collaborate with infrastructure team to ensure the applications and services are in tip top condition.
• Performs other duties as required or requested.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in application support or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems.
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with Healthcare LIS applications or ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
