IT Asset Administrator (Ref 26475)

Responsibilities

• Understand servers, networks, applications, and IT security systems

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses, and configurations) 

• Track asset lifecycle including deployment, relocation, renewal, and end-of-life status

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records and supporting documentation

• Work with internal teams to update asset master lists and ensure proper classification

• Track patch releases, vulnerabilities, and security advisories

• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for patch assessment, testing, and deployment 

• Maintain patch schedules and ensure timely updates in accordance with policies 

• Monitor patch compliance and follow up on outstanding patching actions

• Work with team and managers on various documentations

• Understand IT processes and asset management

• Support IT project, vendor & team coordination

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in IT support 

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is an advantage

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months Agency Contract employment.
