Key Objective: Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to the IT Department. Assist the IT Senior Executive in the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user support while ensuring efficient IT service delivery across local and regional operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Helpdesk Services
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
• Set up and troubleshoot IT equipment, including printers, scanners, monitors, and other peripherals.
• Perform software installation, updates, patch management, and system troubleshooting.
• Support users remotely and on-site across local and regional offices.
2. User Account & Access Management
• Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access rights for PC systems, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and ERP applications.
• Manage password resets, account permissions, and user access requests in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
3. Infrastructure & Systems Administration
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of Active Directory, servers, and related IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and review daily logs to ensure system stability and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, infrastructure, and application-layer issues.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of new systems, applications, and technology solutions.
4. SAP & Business Application Support
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP and corporate business applications.
• Coordinate with users and vendors to ensure smooth operation of business-critical systems.
5. IT Asset & Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular IT inventory assessments and audit reviews.
• Track asset allocation, movement, maintenance schedules, and disposal activities.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and replacement of faulty equipment.
• Coordinate support activities and follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
7. Security, Compliance & Governance
• Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Support user access control, system security updates, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company IT governance and cybersecurity requirements.
8. Project & Regional Support
• Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and rollout of IT projects at both local and regional levels.
• Provide technical support during system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
• Support regional offices remotely for infrastructure, systems, and application-related activities.
9. CCTV & Facilities Technology Support
• Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of CCTV systems and related security technology infrastructure.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with vendors when required.
10. Administrative & General IT Duties
• Provide administrative support for the IT department and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare reports, update technical records, and maintain operational documentation.
• Assist IT team members with ad hoc assignments and other IT-related operational duties as assigned by IT Manager.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, or any other related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support, helpdesk, infrastructure, or system administration
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications and remote support tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels
• Ability to work independently, meticulous and organised
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Willing to support Regional IT activities as and when required
• Willing to travel between company offices within Singapore and regional offices within the group companies when required
