• Remuneration package: Up to $9,000 + AWS

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for OutSystems application development projects.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, business process mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Work with project teams to develop user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with OutSystems developers and solution architects to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and effective solutions.
• Support Agile project delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and support issue resolution throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
• Experience participating in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Experience working on OutSystems projects or other low-code application platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively.
