We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to bridge the gap between our corporate technology ecosystem and active business operations. Reporting directly to our IT Director, this is a strategic role with an explicit track for succession planning. We are looking for a future leader who can grow into the department's top role.

• Deeply understand business processes and ensure our applications are fully utilized to drive operational improvement.
• Oversee IT projects and digital initiatives, focusing heavily on upcoming upgrades within our Microsoft ecosystem.
• Take the lead on driving modern AI initiatives, helping the company bridge the gap and adopt smart automation/AI tools.
• Act as the supportive, energetic link between the business users and our technical execution team.

Experience with IT business partnering with clear scopes of work. Focus on analyze how the business utilizes our current applications and find practical ways to support business improvement.
