IT / Electrical / Technical Officer (Aircraft Movement)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our operations team at Changi Airport Terminal 3. This role involves hands-on system maintenance and aircraft movement support, making it ideal for candidates with an electrical or engineering background who are keen to build a career in the aviation sector.

Key Information

• Location: Changi Airport Terminal 3
• Employment Type: Permanent, Shift-Based
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift 1) or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift); 24/7 rotating schedule based on allocated shifts per month

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance involving the integration of IT and electronic components within the airport environment.
• Provide aircraft movement support at Terminal 3.
• Ensure operational systems are maintained to the required standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts to maintain continuity of operations.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related technical disciplines.
• Diploma holders: No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• ITE holders: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Auto or Manual).
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable with climbing stairs and handling testing equipment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and respond calmly under operational pressure.
• Candidates must be eligible to clear Ministry of Home Affairs security clearance requirements.
