Job Description - IT Executive

Provide IT support and troubleshooting for HQ office and project sites.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and Synology devices.
Manage and support office network, internet, Wi-Fi, and common network issues.
Maintain IT security, system updates, and data backup/recovery processes.
Support implementation and maintenance of company software and hardware systems.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and IT procurement.
Setup user accounts, email access, and support staff onboarding/offboarding.
Prepare and maintain IT SOPs and documentation.
Assist in maintaining company website and intranet.
Liaise with vendors for IT-related support and services.
Perform other ad-hoc IT duties as assigned
