Job Summary:

Join a dynamic IT infrastructure team supporting SD-WAN, cloud, and security solutions across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, deployment, and configuration of Cisco SD-WAN routers, including vManage.
• Configure, manage, and support Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and GlobalProtect VPN solutions.
• Execute SD-WAN change requests, including implementation, testing, and validation.
• Support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure implementation and ongoing changes.
• Provide troubleshooting and incident support across network, cloud, and security domains.
• Contribute to operational support, continuous improvement initiatives, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Network or other related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting infrastructure and network projects.
• Strong fundamentals in IT networking, including routing, switching, NAT, and firewall concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN devices and ecosystem.
• Experience with security platforms such as Palo Alto (including Panorama) and FortiGate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud networking and infrastructure is an added advantage.
• Cisco certifications (e.g. CCNA or CCNP) are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Experience producing clear IT documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and technical guides.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive learning mindset.
• Team-oriented with effective communication and collaboration skills.
