Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Business Solutions Manager to lead technology planning, implementation, and optimization that supports business operations and drives digital transformation across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and recommend IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic goals
• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications and systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements through technology integration
• Lead projects for system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate with external technology partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, user training materials, and standard operating procedures to facilitate adoption
• Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize functionality and user experience
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal users to resolve issues and enhance system utilization

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business solutions, systems implementation, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of business applications, ERP/CRM systems, and process improvement methodologies
• Proven experience managing IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis to identify and implement operational improvements
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and close IT initiatives effectively
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM implementation projects
• Proficiency in SQL and data reporting to support decision-making
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem for business productivity
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations
