First level technical support for restaurant outlets and office users Liaising with vendors for maintenance and second level technical support Assisting in various IT tasks and duties

Responsibilities
• First level onsite and remote technical support for restaurant outlets and office users • Liaising with vendors on maintenance matters and second level technical support • Responsible for data entry work for various emenu and ecommerce content management systems • Standby in the event of emergencies and after-hours critical support requests • Assisting in setting up new store - supervise contractors for setup of POS/ Emenu/ CCTV/ Network • Assisting in IT inventory management • Assisting in monitoring data backup • Assisting in IT administration (paperwork and documentations) • Performing any other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Strong capability in basic PC and network troubleshooting • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support (F&B tech support role preferred) • Diploma or Degree in IT related field • Good problem-solving skills • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to perform in fast pace environment • Service excellence attitude for technical support matters • Must provide 2 contacts (former employers or co-workers) for reference check
