Responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee networking projects, including infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage IT assets inventory and ensure proper tracking, documentation, and disposal procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.

SharePoint Setup, Migration, and Training:

• Setup and configuration of SharePoint sites, customizations, and workflows.
• Plan and execute SharePoint migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to users.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Sound understanding of networking principles, IT infrastructure components, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the charity sector is advantageous.
