IT Executive

We invite applications for the post of:

IT Executive

Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT executive will:

1. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user computing devices including hardware and software
2. Manage hardware inventory and software licensing allocations, including software media, hardware, IT accessories and supplies.
3. Provide level 1 and level 2 support for troubleshooting hardware, network and software related issues and perform cause identification and resolution.
4. Escalate issues and requests to level 3 and above support if required.
5. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulations.
6. To develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedure documentations on operations, installation, deployment, training, monitoring tracking, helpdesk, end user computing support activities and inventory checklists.
7. Work with team to plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration and testing of organization’s IT hardware and software relating to end user computing devices.
8. Ensure that the organisation’s IT end user computing devices are functioning.
9. Respond to all support requests from SILE staff or candidates within 1 business day.
10. Provide support at the Bar Exams.
11. Provide user management and administrative support of application systems.
12. Assist in any other projects as assigned.

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

• Diploma in Computer Science of IT-related discipline
• 1 - 3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting WIndows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS , Andriod, Microsoft 365 services, and other common desktop applications.
• Prior working experience in technical support role (end user and system support) supporting on applications, databases and systems.
• Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and /or situations.
• Keen to learn and a good team worker.
