IT Executive

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate, partner and select relevant vendors to achieve business objectives
• Provide support in line with the organisation’s roadmap towards digital transformation and advise on areas of improvements or vulnerabilities
• Offer first level of troubleshooting for IT-related matters whenever required
• Conduct data analysis and visualisation for actionable business insights
• Harness technical expertise to maintain and/or improve current applications
• Identify and propose solutions to address any technological challenges faced within the company
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in IT, computer science or equivalent with at least 3-5 years’ of experience in IT, preferably within the end user environment of at least 50 to 100 users
• Experience within the healthcare sector preferred or at least knowledge of healthcare business workflow
• Strong project management and delegation skills with full stack development experience within iOS, Android and web applications
• First level support experience and/or knowledge of the entire Technology workflows from Infrastructures to Applications within the organisations. Eg. Networks, systems, database, software, cloud, cyber security
• Experience in various integrations including payment gateway and/or ecommerce
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, Lab information systems and/or healthcare systems preferred
• Fast learner who is able to pick up and learn new technologies
