Job Responsibility

Coordinate, partner and select relevant vendors to achieve business objectives
Provide support in line with the organisation’s roadmap towards digital transformation and advise on areas of improvements or vulnerabilities
Offer first level of troubleshooting for IT-related matters whenever required
Conduct data analysis and visualisation for actionable business insights
Harness technical expertise to maintain and/or improve current applications
Identify and propose solutions to address any technological challenges faced within the company
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in IT, computer science or equivalent with at least 3-5 years’ of experience in IT, preferably within the end user environment of at least 50 to 100 users
Experience within the healthcare sector preferred or at least knowledge of healthcare business workflow
Strong project management and delegation skills with full stack development experience within iOS, Android and web applications
First level support experience and/or knowledge of the entire Technology workflows from Infrastructures to Applications within the organisations. Eg. Networks, systems, database, software, cloud, cyber security
Experience in various integrations including payment gateway and/or ecommerce
Familiar with SAP, Oracle, Lab information systems and/or healthcare systems preferred
Fast learner who is able to pick up and learn new technologies
