IT Executive (Healthcare) - Permanent

Application Support & IT Systems

• Deliver first-level support for clinical and internal systems, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation
• Support system change requests, testing activities, and minor system enhancements
• Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and user access administration
• Perform data extraction, generate reports, and conduct basic data analysis
• Maintain IT hardware, systems, and related documentation

Operations & Coordination

• Provide support for daily departmental operations and service workflows
• Assist users in resolving system and process-related issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on system-related matters
• Support procurement processes, asset tracking, and basic budgeting activities

Projects & Improvement

• Contribute to IT projects and system implementation initiatives
• Assist in KPI monitoring, tracking, and reporting
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
• Participate in audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience in application or system support across any industry
• Exposure to healthcare systems is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting
• Foundational knowledge of IT systems, networks, or integrations
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Willingness to learn and handle both IT and operational responsibilities
• Effective communication skills to support non-technical users
