Role Overview:
VIZZIO Technologies is looking for an IT Executive to support our internal IT infrastructure, office systems, servers, network, security tools, AI-enabled workflows, and project-based technical deployments.
This role is suitable for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, and able to support daily IT operations while assisting with infrastructure improvement, documentation, system monitoring, AI-first implementation, automation, and customer project support. The person will work closely with the IT System Manager and support both internal users and technical project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including laptops, desktops, printers, network access, software, accounts, and troubleshooting.
- Support and maintain Windows, Ubuntu/Linux systems, mini PCs, workstations, and servers.
- Assist with network administration including FortiGate firewall, VPN access, switches, Wi-Fi access points, IP addressing, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Help monitor and maintain security tools such as Wazuh SIEM, syslog, endpoint security, firewall logs, and access control.
- Support server and infrastructure tasks such as backup checks, system updates, storage cleanup, hardware replacement, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Assist with company tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, Plane project management, and internal documentation systems.
- Support AI-first implementation by learning and applying AI tools to improve documentation, troubleshooting, automation, project tracking, knowledge management, and daily IT workflows.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, server records, asset lists, user access records, and standard operating procedures.
- Support deployment and testing of project equipment such as mini PCs, AI workstations, video gateway systems, CCTV/VMS-related systems, and customer demo hardware.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for IT support, maintenance, delivery, repair, and technical follow-up.
- Assist in improving IT security by reducing unnecessary remote access tools and supporting secure VPN-based access.
- Perform basic cloud and backup-related support, including AWS resource checking, snapshots, and backup verification.
- Provide backup support to the IT System Manager during demos, deployments, urgent support cases, or customer-facing technical work.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, system administration, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Ubuntu/Linux, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, switches, Wi-Fi, and remote access tools.
- Able to support hardware setup, OS installation, driver installation, backup, and system maintenance.
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist with troubleshooting, documentation, research, task planning, and process improvement.
- Open to adopting an AI-first working approach, where suitable tasks are improved through AI-assisted tools, automation, and better knowledge management.
- Good documentation habits and willingness to follow proper IT processes.
- Able to communicate clearly with users, vendors, and internal teams.
- Responsible, patient, and willing to handle repetitive support tasks.
- Good team player who is willing to learn and support infrastructure growth.
Good to Have
- Experience with FortiGate firewall, FortiClient VPN, Wazuh, syslog, or SIEM tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, or project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Docker, Linux services, Proxmox, virtualization, or cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience supporting CCTV, VMS, AI workstations, GPU servers, or edge computing devices.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, VS Code AI assistants, or workflow automation tools.
- Interest in cybersecurity, DevOps, automation, AI adoption, and infrastructure improvement.

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, reliable, practical, and willing to adapt to modern AI-assisted ways of working. We are looking for a person who can support daily IT operations, assist with repetitive technical tasks, and grow into a stronger infrastructure and systems support role.
This person should be comfortable learning new tools, handling technical troubleshooting, documenting work properly, and supporting both internal users and project-based technical deployments. The candidate should also be open to using AI tools responsibly to improve work efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support VIZZIO Technologies’ AI-first direction.
