IT Field Engineer (12hr rotating shift, 2day on/off)

Work Location: Changi Airport
Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable)
Fixed Allowance: $300 (Shift)

Working Days/Hours:

• 12-hour rotating shift hour
• 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; Night Shift 8PM to 8AM)

For Malaysian candidate, must be willing to stay in Singapore for this role. Bilingual in English & Mandarin as need to handle Chinese counterpart.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting onsite and offsite
• Provide on-site support for various systems, network, and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA
• To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
• Prefer experience in IT Field Engineer and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.
• Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills,
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)
