Location:

Tampines (Required to travel to customer sites across Singapore)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
• Standby support may be required depending on project requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support and deliver quality IT solutions to a diverse range of customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working in different customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support during customer visits.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and verification of IT systems according to work orders.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Recommend suitable IT solutions to improve customers' network and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and minimize repeat service calls.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional technical support.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Telecommunications, Information Technology, ICT, Networking, or a related discipline.
• Keen interest in providing onsite field support at customer locations.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop support, networking, and system administration.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
