Requirements
• Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin • Basic experience with IT troubleshooting • Familiarity with office productivity tools (O365) • Familiarity with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira) • Experience using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft) • Nitec or equivalent qualification • Minimum 2 years related experience
