Responsibilities
• Handle emails, phone calls, and provide remote assistance for IT helpdesk support • Provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users • Perform problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls • Utilize office productivity tools and ticketing system • Use Active Directory for IT operations • Communicate effectively and pay attention to details • Deliver proficient customer service
Requirements
• Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin • Basic experience with IT troubleshooting • Experience in call center is advantageous • Familiarity with O365 and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira • Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft) • Strong communication skills • Proficient in email and verbal communication • Qualification: Nitec or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of related experience
