IT HR Payroll System Principal Engineer

We’re searching for an IT HR Payroll System Principal Engineer to be part of our IT Department diverse team of talent. This role is to manage and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll systems, ensuring reliable operations, seamless integrations, and excellent user support.

What you will be working on:

• Administer, monitor, and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, interface failures and data inconsistencies.
• Support integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage user access, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows and support knowledge articles.

More About You:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll solutions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations, preferably involving SAP HANA, ServiceNow, or middleware platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, data management and application support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)and integration architecture.
• Understanding of IT controls, access management, audit, anddata privacy requirements.
• Experience working in an application support or HRIS environment.
