IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

This is an opportunity to join a leading organization within the aerospace and industrial engineering sector in Singapore, operating in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment. We are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and operations across a complex hybrid environment. This role is accountable for the reliability, security, and performance of core IT platforms supporting critical business and manufacturing systems, while driving modernization and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure strategy, architecture, and modernization across cloud, on-premise, and end-user platforms
• Oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations including networks, servers, storage, cloud (Azure), and endpoint environments
• Govern managed services, vendor performance, SLAs, and contract optimisation across multiple providers
• Drive service excellence through ITIL-aligned processes, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture, including vulnerability management, compliance, and infrastructure protection controls
• Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery planning, testing, and resilience initiatives

Requirements
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including at least 5 years leading technical teams. You have a proven track record managing enterprise infrastructure within complex environments and are experienced in overseeing managed service providers and strategic technology vendors.

You bring strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, virtualization platforms such as VMware, enterprise networking, backup and disaster recovery, firewalls, and ITIL-based service management. Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded. Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, VMware, or CISSP are advantageous.
