Job Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity . This role ensures the smooth operation of a centralized Microsoft 365 ecosystem, upholds robust security measures, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates key projects to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer the centralized Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and related services, to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk teams to maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with regulatory and security compliance requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines, PCI DSS).
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures, including DLP, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and related security tools.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Coordinate and support infrastructure-related projects, including employee workstation deployment, office network maintenance, and system upgrades.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and system-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security compliance standards, and vendor management.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience in integrating physical security systems with IT operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT; candidates without management experience should have held a senior technical role.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong planning and project management skills.
• Experience in maintaining and managing Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating IT initiatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices with hands-on experience using various security tools, including DLP, SIEM, and vulnerability management systems.
