IT Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead / Manager to join our client’s project team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance, design technical solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. You will lead a small team, coordinating activities and supporting their growth. If you have a strong background in IT infrastructure and enjoy solving problems, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, and solutions.
• Independently design technical solutions for enterprise customer requirements and tender/RFP.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more infrastructure areas, offering in-depth analysis, escalation support, and insights into operations and issues.
• Ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule, adhering to quality and security standards.
• Manage team activities, including planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise a team of two to three members, handling performance reviews and mentoring.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to provide high-quality, effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations, processes, and services.
• Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Cloud certifications, or any related certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with government security standards, including planning and running Security Compliance Checks and Security Vulnerability Scanning.
• Knowledge of IM8 policies.
