Our Client is an established company. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team.


About the job

Your role involves:

• Oversee end-to-end IT operations: Manage hybrid infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and business systems to ensure system uptime and performance. 
• Supervise hybrid cloud environments: Focus directly on the maintenance, tracking, and compliance of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based services. 
• Act as the primary bridge between IT and business stakeholders while guiding and mentoring internal IT operations team 
• Ensuring optimal functioning and cost-effective maintenance of all systems under their supervision.
• Drive IT Service Management (ITSM): Enhance helpdesk workflows, service recovery, and root-cause analyses while maintaining comprehensive runbooks and documentation. 
• Optimize external vendor partnerships: Monitor third-party SLAs, managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies. This includes reviewing the current infrastructure solutions to identify
• Partnering with internal cyber security and compliance team, ensuring security mitigation controls.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure / Windows Server / System. Proven track record in M365 / O365 and Microsoft Azure cloud is required for this role. At least 5 years of experience in managing a team.

Candidates with stakeholder and external vendor management is required for this role.
