Job Summary:

Lead IT infrastructure operations in a manufacturing environment, driving system reliability, global alignment, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all IT infrastructure activities (global and local).
• Collaborate with internal departments and site stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, including identifying and implementing training plans.
• Support budget planning and cost control for IT infrastructure in collaboration with the Head of Department.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of all IT systems under responsibility.
• Define and align local IT infrastructure priorities based on business needs and global strategies.
• Collaborate with global service managers to implement standardized infrastructure strategies.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with international IT teams and sites.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and network infrastructure (WAN/LAN).
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
