IT Infrastructure Project Manager (2 Year Contract)

Job Summary
You will be supporting a well-established client in the public and financial sector. Seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end infrastructure and security projects, stakeholder management, project delivery, and maintenance support within government environments.
Responsibilities

• Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide timely project updates.
• Oversee issue and risk management processes and procedures.
• Manage project schedules and drive successful project closure, including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.
• Lead application maintenance and support services, including contract management, service level management, service/change request management, problem and incident management, audit and security services, and risk management.
• Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives to ensure secure system delivery.

Requirements

• Bacehlor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• CITPM, PMP, COMIT, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in full project development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large-scale government sector projects.
• Experience in IT infrastructure project management covering systems, cloud, network, facilities, and data centers.
• Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects and programs.
• Experience with Prince2 or PMP methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, SIEM, security architecture, and threat model development.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Government security standards, procurement, governance, and data security policies.
