IT Infrastructure Specialist (Project Delivery)

We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Specialist (Project Delivery) to work on a enterprise project.

This role requires someone who has experience in infrastructure project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Support project execution by ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables and successful completion of milestones

• Configure, install, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and related hardware and software components

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external parties for implementation activities and issue resolution

• Prepare for and participate in System Acceptance Tests (SAT), including security testing, with customers and external vendors

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and system faults

• Develop, maintain, and update technical, operational, and configuration documentation

• Create and explain network topologies, system architecture diagrams, and technical schematics

• Prepare and maintain standard documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), system handover documents, and inventory records

• Provide technical support and incident response assistance to the maintenance and support team

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Working experience in Virtualisation is an advantage

• Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies and tools for the continuous improvement of systems and processes

• Excellent verbal and communication skill

• Self-motivated with the ability to drive deliverables

• Experience working in government projects
  

Working location at the East region of Singapore.

This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
