IT Integration Engineer (Contract, up to $18k)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Engineer who thrives on managing complex enterprise environments and ensuring seamless integration across Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about automation, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage integrations across Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Lead and support M365 migration projects, leveraging tools such as MigrationWiz and other market solutions, with strong troubleshooting expertise.
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune, including Autopilot, Configuration Profiles, and Compliance Policies.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages to streamline IT operations.
• Ensure smooth interaction between Windows 11 OS, Intune, and Entra ID for endpoint management.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi) issues, with a focus on automation and performance optimization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DevOps initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Proven experience in M365 migrations and familiarity with industry-standard migration tools.
• Strong knowledge of Intune administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash).
• Solid understanding of Windows 11 OS and its integration with enterprise management tools.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, WiFi) with troubleshooting capability.
• Exceptional documentation skills — attention to detail is non-negotiable.
• DevOps experience is a plus.
