IT Manager

1. OMS full-cycle ownership: Lead requirements analysis andtesting for the OMS system, covering web portal, WeChat mini-program, Android,and iOS platforms(development & maintenance).

2. Mobile app know-how: Possess basic mobile applicationdevelopment skills, primarily focused on app updates and version releasecoordination.

3. Production support & multi-system maintenance: Ensureoperational stability for integrated systems besides OMS, including the BCfinancial system, WMS warehouse system, and Guanmai (Vegetable Division)system.

4. Technical& coding background: Understand code, withhands-on experience in development/testing; leverage strong project managementskills using Agile (Scrum). Collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlog,split user stories, negotiate with developers, triage

production bugs, and propose solutions.

5. Data base expertise: Proficient in SQL (relationaldatabases) and experienced with No SQL databases such as MongoDB.

6. API &system integration: Proven experienceintegrating different platforms via API; understand interface field mappings,communicate effectively with various vendors, and drive alignment.

7. Agile mastery: Facilitate sprint backlog creation, sprintplanning, iteration cycles, and data migration activities.

8. ERP/BC domain basics: Solid understanding of basic BC(Business Central) or ERP software usage; possess foundational financial domainknowledge, comprehend BC system functions, and resolve common issues.

9. Process mapping & grant experience: Ability to drawprofessional flowcharts (e.g.,UML, BPMN); previous experience handlinggovernment grant applications/submissions.

10. Cloud knowledge (Huawei Cloud): As the OMS system isdeployed on Huawei Cloud, basic cloud computing knowledge is required,including cloud resource management, deployment

configuration, and fundamental operations/maintenanceconcepts.

11. AI exposure (plus): Familiarity with AI concepts, tools,or applied AI experienceis a strong plus.
