IT Manager

We're Hiring: IT Manager

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for technology, digital transformation, and leadership? We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Manager to support the management of our IT operations and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, including the migration of our ERP system from SAP to Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

·         Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT Department.

·         Oversee daily IT operations, including applications, server hardware, software and operating systems.

·         Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

·         Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and business applications.

·         Lead and manage the migration of the organization's ERP system from SAP to Microsoft, working closely with business users, vendors, and external consultants to ensure a successful implementation.

·         Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.

·         Drive digital transformation initiatives and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

·         Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

·         Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

·         Mentor and supervise the IT team while providing technical guidance and support to end users.

Requirements

·         Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

·         Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft business solutions.

·         Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

·         Experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

·         Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.

·         Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·         Any other duties from time to time
