IT Manager / IT Administrator / IT Engineer / IT Executive

Join our Digital-IT (IT Support and Infrastructure) team to administer and enhance our IT systems. You will manage our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure system security, along with administering Microsoft 365 services and FortiGate Firewall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain servers, networks, and hardware.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• System Security: Monitor performance and ensure IT system security.
• Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain IT equipment/software.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and handle IT procurement.
• Documentation: Maintain IT process and procedure documentation.
• Microsoft 365: Manage services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Network Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall for network security.
• Project Participation: Support IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field, or relevant industry certifications, or relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of IT administration, support and infrastructure management.

Experience Levels:
