Our client is the market leader in their industry.   As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new IT Business Partner to be based here in their Headquarters here in Singapore.  

About the job

• Serve as the primary strategic bridge between corporate business units and the technology department to ensure digital investments drive commercial value.
• Translate complex business requirements from departments into actionable technical roadmaps and IT investment cases. This includes articulating the IT strategy to the business demonstrating where it can bring additional benefit to the business
• Engaging with key stakeholders to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity for internal business stakeholders and external customers.
• Being the strategic interface between the internal business departments (Commercial, finance and etc) and IT to delivery strategy for business technology and solutions
• Managing external vendor, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to 

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in  senior business stakeholder management. Candidates who has championed or initiated IT projects that focus in business change/transformation will be required for this role. You should have proven track record in reporting to CIO/Head of IT. 

Candidates with experience in Yardi or property industry background will be highly preferred.
