IT Network Specialist Up to $6000

Company’s Profile:

Julian Grey’s client is an established IT company in Singapore, recognized for its innovative solutions and dynamic team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware and solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.

• Monitor, optimise, and secure network performance and connectivity.

• Assist in network design, deployment, and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver solutions.

• Conduct regular updates, patches, and system backups for continuity and security.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience in maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting CISCO devices.

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) and wireless solutions.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACMA/ACMP) a plus.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Flexible to support after-hours and willing to travel to client sites when required.
