(I) IT Support Service for 20 staff

· Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite support for ITtechnical request and desktop system    supportincluding setting-up, configure and troubleshooting.

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

· Set up accounts for new users, including banking tokens

· Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and licenseusers, timely renewed, review &

  Upgrade anddisposed 

. Maintain one in-house system using C# and runs inthe ASP.NET environment

  Knowledge of  database management and optimisation

. Liaise with external service providers to implementupgrades and new projects.

(II) Domain, Network and Data Administration

· Ensure high availability of services through regularserver and network maintenance.

· Ensure server, network systems and end-user PCs are wellsecured and protected (including protection from cyberattacks)

· Perform regular backup of business data and applicationsystems

· Perform and participate in capacity planning, redundancyplanning and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan.

Requirements

· Able to work independently with good communication skills

· Understanding of computer systems, PC repair, and databaseand network management

· Ability to deploy, configure, and support operatingsystems on desktop and mobile devices

· Understanding and appreciation for information securitywithin systems and user devices, including firewalls, 2FA, VPN and penetrationtesting.

· Knowledge of system security and data backup and recovery

· Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, andDHCP

· Familiarity with Windows PowerShell and its commands

· Experience in SQL server and SSRS will be an advantage

· Knowledge in web-front-end technologies such as CSS,JavaScript will be an advantage

  Knowledge OFMicrosoft Azure is an advantage

Minimum Qualifications

· ITE/Polytechnic Diploma

· Field of studies in Computer Engineering or InformationTechnology
