IT Senior Infrastructure Specialist (Maintenance Project)

We are looking for a IT Senior Infrastructure Specialist (Maintenance Project) to work on a enterprise project.

This role requires someone who has experience in maintenance project.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of servers, network infrastructure, and related hardware and software systems

• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory and asset records

• Perform daily monitoring and health checks of IT infrastructure and security systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, server, and network-related issues in a timely manner

• Execute change management processes, ensuring all changes are properly tracked, documented, and supported with relevant documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW)

• Respond promptly to service requests and incidents, providing effective technical resolutions and support

• Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved and maintained

• Automate operational and administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Perl where applicable

• Support the implementation and provisioning of IT infrastructure projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external parties for issue resolution and technical support activities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and debug technical issues and system faults

• Maintain, update, and manage technical, operational, and configuration documentation
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance project

• Working experience in Virtualisation is an advantage

• Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies and tools for the continuous improvement of systems and processes

• Excellent verbal and communication skill

• Self-motivated with the ability to drive deliverables

• Experience working in government projects
  

Working location at the East region of Singapore.

This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
