As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work across multiple information systems that focus on business systems, where you will also support the implementation of new systems across the organisation and help maintain and evolve our existing systems through resolving routine ICT service requests and issues. As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with our Operational and ICT Engineering Teams to support the digitisation of their processes, enabling them to become more efficient.
You will work closely with the ICT Manager, Functional Digital Leads, Business Information Systems Manager, Group ICT teams and occasionally dedicated implementation teams to ensure our systems inspire our people, simplify what we do, so we can win.
