As we continue to grow and expand our global operations, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Functional Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional functional application support to domestic business users as well as regional and international teams.
• Diagnose and resolve functional issues reported by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and address application-related challenges.
• Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our support services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in providing functional application support, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international stakeholders and liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates.
• Experience working in a global support team environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 stack and Sysaid is desirable.
