The IT Specialist will incharge of implement, troubleshoot, and champion the healthcare IT products that keep hospitals and laboratories running smoothly.

• Dive deep into healthcare software, laboratory workflows, middleware, and networking concepts.
• Assist with the hands-on installation, testing, and implementation of our IT products for local clients.
• Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries, learning how to troubleshoot and resolve real-world software and system workflow issues.
• Help conduct training sessions, workshops, and build user guides that help medical professionals adopt our technology with confidence.
• Work closely with our Sales, Applications, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

skills and experience required
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Health Sciences, OR Information Technology (with a strong interest in healthcare)

A basic understanding of how hospital laboratories operate and comfortable familiarity with Windows OS.

Experience in a hospital lab, healthcare environment, or IT support role is a plus).
