IT Support

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, including software developers, system architects, data engineers, IT support engineers, and cybersecurity engineers.
• Provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and mentorship to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance engineering culture.
• Ensure effective contribution from all team members toward smart factory development objectives.

2. Smart Factory Systems Development & Integration

• Oversee the design, development, and integration of core systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and IoT platforms.
• Lead the implementation of smart factory infrastructure across production cells, including:Cell #1: Glass QC InspectionCell #2: 5-Axis CNC Machine CenterCell #3: Auto Glass Loading SystemCell #4: Automated Glazing Sealant Dispensing RobotCell #5: Automated Conveyor Production LineCell #6: Packaging Robot System
• Ensure seamless connectivity and real-time communication across all production stations and systems.
• Drive the development of digital dashboards for real-time monitoring, analytics, and decision-making support.

3. Digital Twin Development

• Lead the design and implementation of digital twin solutions to enable real-time simulation, monitoring, and optimization of factory operations.
• Ensure digital twin systems support operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, and continuous improvement goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

4. System Integration & API Development

• Ensure seamless integration between factory equipment, smart stations, and enterprise systems.
• Oversee API development and system interoperability to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
• Collaborate closely with system architects and cybersecurity engineers to ensure robust and scalable system architecture.

5. Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and analyze system performance across smart manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in smart manufacturing, IoT, and digital twin systems to implement innovative solutions.

6. Risk Management, Security & Compliance

• Work closely with cybersecurity engineers to ensure all systems comply with security standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, data privacy requirements, and system safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across all smart factory systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 environments.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams (software, automation, data, IT, or cybersecurity teams).
• Strong experience in smart factory systems such as MES, APS, WMS, IoT platforms, or similar manufacturing systems.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, robotics, and production line integration.
• Experience in system integration, API development, and real-time data communication between systems and machines.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with digital twin technologies and real-time simulation systems is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles in industrial/OT (Operational Technology) environments.
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing or engineering project environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
