IT SUPPORT

We are looking for a reliable and proactive In-house IT Support to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues.

·       Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

·       Set up user accounts and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.

·       Monitor and maintain the office network, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

·       Perform routine system updates, backups, and IT maintenance.

·       Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

·       Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

·      Support IT projects and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Requirements:

·       ITE certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with minimum 1year of IT support experience (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply).

·       Or with minimum 3 years of IT support experience without certification

·       Good knowledge of:

• Windows10/11

• Microsoft Azure or 365 and Outlook

• Active Directory

• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)

• Printers and scanners

• Antivirus and endpoint security

·       Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Able to work independently and provide excellent user support.

·       Willingness to attend to various work sites

·       5.0 days work at HQ located in Penjuru
