Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Tier-1 support & incident handling
· Client onboarding & access management
· IT asset & subscription tracking
· Microsoft 365 & productivity tools
· Basic automation exposure (Power Automate)
Scope of Duties:
Incident Handling & Coordination
Conduct initial impact assessment and root cause identification.
Coordinate with IT Security, Infrastructure, Application teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
Track escalated cases and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Support problem management through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Client Onboarding & Access Management
System and email account setup
Access provisioning and role assignment
Physical access (door access systems)
Ensure onboarding activities align with internal security and governance policies.
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain IT asset inventory, including devices, peripherals, and security-related assets.
Track asset lifecycle activities (issuance, transfer, return, disposal).
Support periodic reconciliation with Finance and HR records.
Software, API & Cloud Subscription Management
Maintain a register of software licenses, cloud services, and API subscriptions.
Monitor subscription usage, renewal timelines, and costs.
Coordinate with IT and Finance teams on subscription tracking and validation.
IT Security & Infrastructure Operational Support
Provide operational assistance to IT Security and Infrastructure teams.
Support execution of standard operating procedures and system changes.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
· 2+ years of experience in IT Operations Support (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
