IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain shared drive for internal staff, servers, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Maintaining IT assets inventory (hardware/software) including HQ Firewall, router, switch, network.
• Maintain all the network and network equipment such as mega-pop and router.
• LAN cabling and setup all the IP and DNS.
• IT Infrastructure and operations support for the entire team.
• Manage information technology and computer systems including implementing database and network designs, installing, and upgrading software, ensuring systems security, and troubleshooting computer issues.
• In charge of thumbprint records and synchronizing new staff records.
• In charge of cables, CCTV, phone lines, hardware inventory, photocopier access and related items.
• Responsible for supporting the work of New Trend Lifestyle and all other subsidiaries including 1st & 2nd level desktop support.
• Maintain high confidentiality of customers data.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma holder in IT discipline with at least 3 years of hands on relevant technical working experience.
• With in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication skills needed.
• Competent at documenting standard (SOP) and applications of flow in IT operating procedures.
• Able to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues.
• Able to commence work in short notice.
