Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: IT Support Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm; Alternative Sat, 8.30am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for users’ desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facilities, and other related IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot computer network issues in a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, and Switch.
• Set up and administer corporate email systems, including Exchange Server, Outlook, and Mobile ActiveSync.
• Perform system administration for various servers.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Review, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to improve IT operations.
• Supervise contract workers and conduct outdoor site surveys across areas such as telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and other IT equipment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-user support for hardware and software
• Possess fieldwork experience in outdoor IT projects.
• Able to liaise and follow up effectively with vendors and users, both onsite and offsite.
• Able to suggest new ideas and contribute to improving IT operations and project work.
