IT Support Engineer (Outsource | West) 3 months contract

Outsourced to Client Site at West (near Sunview Way)

5-days work week / w CPF / w Leave Entitlement / w Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Support to the IT Team
• Assist on L2 IT-related matters and work with vendor on issues
• Maintenance of IT peripherals including backup & recovery
• Set-up & installation or migration of IT peripherals
• Relocation of IT peripherals within premises
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Users profile administration
• Provides IT Support for onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Installation and configuration of software according to customer standard

Requirement

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in IT field
• User support experience is preferred
• Have Customer Service Skills/ Good Communication Skills/ Team Player/ Take Initiative
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
